In March 2007, the Association amended its Certificate of Incorporation and its By-Laws to reflect the Association's new focus and commitment to the charitable purposes laid out above. The Association is currently applying with the IRS to obtain the status of tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, which will allow deductibility of all donations. You can review here the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the Amended and Restated By-Laws.

Until the Association has obtained the tax-exempt status, the Association has entered into a Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement with the French Institute-Alliance Francaise and you can as of now make tax-deductible contributions by writing a check to the "Sciences Po. Alumni Fund" and mailing it to the Asssociation's Treasurer, Remi Forgeas, Mazars LLP, 135 West 50th Street, 12th floor, New York, NY 10020-1299.
